I'm choosing to have a good day today. I got a full night's sleep, Evan and I are both healthy again, I drank some delicious coffee this morning, and I'm happy. Worked out today. :) After working a 13-hour shift at work last night. And I totally kicked ass while I was there today. (: We worked out for a total of 67 minutes... and I burned 421 calories. which is pretty much my new highest number of calories burned! i really hope that i do well with eating today. food = my biggest obstical. seriously dude. i ( Read more... )
